On February 22, 2023, the PEF Department of Information Technology took part in a guided tour of basic food operations that are part of the Food Pavilion, which serves as a Learning Center for the development of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students of the Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources (FAPPZ) at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague.

The wp workers were specifically introduced to the technology of processing meat, milk, fruit and vegetables, an oil press, a bakery with a pastry shop and a small brewery. In the pavilion, they visited the gastro operation and areas for product testing in a modern sensory laboratory and nutritional counseling. An interesting feature for visitors to the wp new pavilion are the educational walkways from which individual operations can be observed without having to go through the hygiene loop.

At the very end of the tour, all participants were seated on the second floor of the Restaurant, where the department meeting continued smoothly. At the end of the meeting, there was also a tasting of the Food Pavilion's products.
