The final seminar of the two-year AgriTeach 4.0 project took place in Makó, Hungary, in which members of the Information Technology Department of PEF ČZU in Prague also participated.
On June 13 and 14, the final seminar of the two-year Agriteach 4.0 project took place in Makó, Hungary. Certificates of successful completion were presented at the venue to professional teachers of agricultural schools from Hungary and Macedonia who participated in the pilot testing of the "Teachers in Agriculture 4.0" course.
On behalf of the Czech Republic, the interest association of legal entities WIRELESSINFO participated in the project, acting as a technological partner. Members of the Department of Information Technologies PEF ČZU in Prague also participated in the solution of the project.
Among the main goals of the international Agriteach 4.0 is the analysis of requirements, including a comparative study in order to determine the needs of professional teachers of secondary agricultural schools. Furthermore, the creation of a standard competence framework for workers and users of ICT in agriculture so that it is in line with the intentions and standards of the EU, the creation of a study program based on the CAPDM methodology and the creation of study content including an online platform.
The expected impact of the project is to increase the knowledge of educators in online and joint learning, innovative learning methods, ICT in education and, last but not least, agriculture 4.0.
