The seminar is intended for all students who are working on DP/BP at KIT - end date of WS 2016/2017 and who have not already participated in the previous seminar organized by the department in 2015/2016.

  Participation in the seminar is compulsory part of the 3rd DP/BP credit. The aim of the seminar is to present and defend the purpose of the work and the achieved or planned results of the solution (of course, it is assumed that the work is completed or in the final stage of processing). Students will try to defend DP/BP in front of a committee (similar to SZZ), then they can incorporate the comments of teachers and colleagues into their final thesis. It is possible to attend the seminar apply from 3 October 2016 through the website KIT see below. The deadline for applications is 23 October 2016! Active participation of all students is expected (students will be divided into committees). The seminar schedule and venue will be specified after the deadline. The time allowance for the defense of a DP student is 15 minutes (of which 7 minutes of presentation), BP is 10 minutes (of which 5 minutes of presentation).
