One of the European demo farms of the CODECS project (Maximizing the CO-benefits of agricultural Digitalisation through conducive digital ECoSystems) is also Gamota JR's farm. Ltd. in Slovakia. A project funded by the program Horizon Europe connects digitalization with agricultural practice and brings modern technologies directly to farmers.

During this autumn, the demo farm will host Cross Visit, which will be attended by representatives Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Economics, CZUThe meeting will offer an opportunity to exchange experiences, share results and discuss how digital tools and smart agricultural systems can contribute to sustainable development not only in Slovakia, but also in other European regions.

They are being tested on the Slovak demo farm sensors, climate stations and digital instruments, which monitor soil conditions, microclimatic conditions and vegetation development in real time. The aim is to create data-driven management system, which will help farmers better plan interventions, optimize resource use and increase production efficiency.
