As part of a separate series of expert lectures on current topics in the field of Information and Communication Technologies, on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, you can meet Ing. Andrej Jelník, system engineer at CISCO Systems Czech Republic. An expert with a main technical focus on Cisco Cybersecurity, Meraki (Cloud managed networking) and Cisco Collaboration solutions.

 

In the lecture on Advanced cybersecurity solutions, you will learn why interoperability of security solutions is so important, what kind of security features we currently use in the corporate world. And how we can use them more effectively using machine learning or behavior analysis.

The lecture will be held on 20. March 2019 from 4:30 p.m in the auditorium E III.

 The selected target group are 3rd-5th year students of the field of Informatics (subjects: Web design, Computer networks, Internet technologies - client side), and then students of the 4th year of the fields of Business and Administration and Operations and Economics as part of the optional subject ICT for managers, including equivalent subjects in English (Web design, Computer networks, Internet technologies – client side, ICT for managers).

Registration of students for the lecture takes place from February 13, 2019 through website of the department.
