Laboratory of network and Internet technologies (LNIT) - PEF D326
Specializovaná počítačová laboratoř pro praktickou výuku a samostatnou práci studentů zaměřená na síťové a internetové technologie. Je využívána především v oblasti standardní výuky (předměty Počítačové sítě, Internetové technologie, Webdesign, Značkovací jazyky, Elektronický obchod a podnikání, apod.) a dále ve specializovaných kurzech CISCO CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) - CISCO CCNA R&S 1 až CISCO CCNA R&S 4. Laboratoř je také certifikována v rámci akreditovaného střediska CZ 033 pro ECDL Core a pro ECDL Advanced.

It is mainly used in the standard education (subjects Computer networks, Internet technologies, Web Design, Markup Languages, Electronic commerce and Business, etc.), and in specialized courses CISCO CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) - from CISCO CCNA R&S 1 to CISCO CCNA R&S 4. This laboratory is also certified in accredited centers CZ 033 for ECDL Core and for ECDL Advanced.

Laboratory of audiovisual, graphic and mobile technologies (LAVGMT) - E235
The laboratory is focused on computer graphics, audiovisual data processing and development of mobile applications. It is mainly used in the standard education and in specialized courses (eg. Computer Graphics, Application Development for Mobile Devices - Android, etc.). The laboratory also facilitates applied research and independent activities of students (Masters Degree and Ph.D. students). The laboratory contains a mobile Android classroom that allows lectures outside the laboratory and outside the university campus itself.

Laboratory for study of human behaviour / Human Behaviour Research Unit (HUBRU)
HUBRU is a specialized department of the faculty, which consists of two laboratories - Collaborative usability lab and Virtual reality station. The laboratory also has mobile sets for measuring biometric data - eye tracking and biofeedback.
Department of Information Technologies uses this laboratory for research activities mainly on the analysis of user interface (usability and UX), software testing, development and testing tools for import, transformation and data visualization, etc.
