The traditional Jubilee Diplomatic Seminar \u2013 scientific research workshop KIT (25th year), organized by the Department of Information Technologies PEF \u010cZU in Prague, took place in a completely new format - on two dates, February 23, 2023 and March 2, 2023, on the premises of \u010cZU in Prague. The scientific seminar is attended annually by master's degree students who submit a diploma thesis in the current calendar year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Newly, this year's edition was held in the \u010cZU Library and the premises of the Operational Economics Faculty of the \u010cZU in Prague.<\/p>\n

This year, due to the high participation of students, discussions took place in five committees consisting of members of the department and external experts. Each committee selected and awarded the three best works based on predetermined evaluation rules. In addition to diplomas, the award-winning students also received valuable non-material prizes, with which companies supported the seminar \u0160koda Auto, as, John Deere <\/strong>and further too FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT<\/strong> and DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES<\/strong> PEF CZU in Prague.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the seminar, they presented and defended their work as a whole 68 graduates of the department<\/strong>, Commission No. 3 in the second term was again conceived as English, since all students in this section presented the results of their work in English in accordance with their field of study. A total of 26 members of the department and representatives of practice worked and evaluated in the committees.<\/p>\n

The seminar ended with the announcement of the three best works for each committee and subsequent networking in the premises of the CZU Library Gallery.<\/p>\n

The event has been evaluated very positively by students for a long time, especially for the possibility of "presentation and defense in the open" and the possibility to consult and discuss the solved issue directly with experts from the department, practice and colleagues from various fields of study.<\/p>\n

The department expects to organize the next year again on the \u010cZU premises again in two dates (mainly due to insufficient and high occupancy of classrooms at the \u010cZU).<\/p>\n

The department would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members of individual commissions and external experts who actively participated in this event.<\/p>\n
