Despite delays due to the covid-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the goals of the project \u2013 the introduction of a national framework and the reform of teacher education in digital competences \u2013 were achieved. Shortly after Russia&#039;s invasion of Ukraine, the Donetsk National Technical University moved all the equipment purchased from the project&#039;s funds to Lviv. This made it possible to continue working with target groups online smoothly.
