The seminar is intended for all students who are working on the BP at KIT - graduation date (SZZ) May\/June 2023 and who have not already completed participation in the seminar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Venue of the seminar: meeting room PEF \u2013 E155<\/p>\n<p>Commission 26.1. \u2013 English section \u2013 PEF meeting room \u2013 E209<\/p>\n<p>The BP seminar consists of several sub-seminars \u2013 separate sections that take place as morning (9:00 \u2013 12:00) or afternoon (1:00 \u2013 4:00 p.m.) events. The seminar is for students who are processing BP on <strong>KIT<\/strong>, a mandatory part of the credit for WS in the 3rd year.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar is mandatory for all students who are writing their bachelor thesis at DIT since it is part of the 3rd year\u2019s credit (Bachelor Thesis 3).\n\nParticipation in the seminar is obligatory for students who expect to finish their study in May\/June 2025 and they have not participated in the seminar yet.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation will be based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goal of the thesis<\/li>\n<li>Methods<\/li>\n<li>Content and contribution of the thesis<\/li>\n<li>Conclusions and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Presentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is possible to attend the seminar <strong>apply from December 9, 2022<\/strong> through the website <strong>KIT<\/strong> - application for one of the mentioned dates, see below. <strong>The application deadline is January 9, 2023. <\/strong>time per student is 10 minutes (5 mins presentation + 5 mins for Q&amp;A).<\/p>\n<p>Further information:<\/p>\n<p>The committee will evaluate thesis presentations by their merit including the following criteria:\n\u2022\tGoal of the thesis (must be in line with the assignment in the UIS)\n\u2022\tMethods (must be in line with the assignment in the UIS)\n\u2022\tContent and contribution of the thesis \n\u2022\tConclusions and recommendations \n\u2022\tPresentation<\/p>\n<p>Contact your thesis supervisor for details, or email the seminar organizer: Ing. Ivana Hellerov\u00e1 (<a href=\"mailto:hellerova@pef.czu.cz\">hellerova@pef.czu.cz<\/a>, office phone: +420 224 382 048).<\/p>\n<p>Poor quality of the thesis presentation as well as its content may result in ineligibility for the Bachelor Thesis 3rd credit. This will lead to a forced delay of the final state exam by one semester.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>As a deposit, students send their presentation by e-mail to Ing.
