form.<strong> Applications submitted later are irrelevant and the department will not deal with them. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Examination recognition (credit<\/strong><strong>)&nbsp;<\/strong>- according to the valid SZ\u0158, the exam\/credit must not be older than 5 years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submitting a request for credit\/exam recognition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Electronic<\/u><\/strong><strong> - currently no other procedure is supported at the Department of Information Technology PEF<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>send a scan of the completely completed and signed written application on a standard form, where only the department&#039;s subjects are listed, by e-mail to the secretariat <strong>KIT<\/strong> (<a href=\"mailto:sucha@pef.czu.cz\">sucha@pef.czu.cz<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>in case it is an outside exam <strong>KIT<\/strong> (department), the following must also be sent at the same time:\n<ul>\n<li>proof of the exam (index scan, verified statement of study IS, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>the syllabus of the relevant subject in order to be able to assess compliance (it is possible to send a link to the relevant pages in the IS);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>the secretariat will arrange for the application to be processed by the relevant guarantor and, in the case of a positive assessment, to be signed and submitted to the Study Department;<\/li>\n<li>information about the result of the application is sent to the student by e-mail (usually within 3 working days);<\/li>\n<li>the mentioned procedure can be used for the first two weeks of the semester, i.e <strong>until 7\/10\/2022 for TF&nbsp;<\/strong>(see&nbsp;<strong>The most important dates - pedagogical activity LS 2022\/2023<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"left: calc(var(--scale-factor)*60.50px);
