Milo\u0161 Ulman, Ph.D., spoke at the second annual Left of Boom 2016 conference hosted by the Center for Information Convergence and Strategy (CICS) at San Diego State University, California, May 4-6 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>VK representative for foreign relations, Ing. Milo\u0161 Ulman, Ph.D., spoke at the second year <a title=\"http:\/\/cics.sdsu.edu\/LoB2016.html\" href=\"http:\/\/cics.sdsu.edu\/LoB2016.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Left of Boom 2016 conference<\/a> organized by the Center for Information Convergence and Strategy (CICS) at San Diego State University in California on May 4-6, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>More than 30 speakers from the governmental and non-governmental sectors, academic and commercial environments focused in their presentations on proactive approaches to reduce new threats and challenges in areas such as business, security, health, environment, science and technology at local, national and international level.<\/p>\n<p>Before the conference, Milo\u0161 Ulman met with colleagues from the partnership <a title=\"https:\/\/cbaweb.sdsu.edu\" href=\"https:\/\/cbaweb.sdsu.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SDSU College of Business Administration<\/a>, with which PEF \u010cZU in Prague successfully cooperates in the field of student exchanges and <a title=\"http:\/\/summerschool.cz\" href=\"http:\/\/summerschool.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organizing summer schools<\/a>.
