Another key output of the GRANULAR project is the dataset "Accessibility Indicators to services at EU scale \u2013 aggregated indicators<\/a>"<\/strong>, which is based on a detailed travel matrix at the 1 km level, but simplifies its interpretation through spatial aggregation. While the basic grid data contains hundreds of millions of travel time estimates, aggregated indicators summarize these values in a more concise form, suitable for work at the regional, national or European level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aggregation is done by administrative units (e.g. NUTS2, NUTS3, LAU) or other spatial units, allowing for easy comparison of service availability across regions.
