{"id":11498,"date":"2023-11-30T21:26:06","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T20:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kit.pef.czu.cz\/?p=11498"},"modified":"2024-01-17T10:27:21","modified_gmt":"2024-01-17T09:27:21","slug":"bakalarsky-seminar-pro-szz-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kit.pef.czu.cz\/en\/zpravy-akce-prednasky\/bakalarsky-seminar-pro-szz-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Bachelor seminar 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The bachelor seminar organized by the Department of Information Technologies will take place on 17.1. and 25. 1. 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bachelor Seminar will take place in the room E155 or E209 (FEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar will be split into two separate sections \u2013 the morning section (9am to noon) and the afternoon section (1pm to 4pm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar is mandatory for all students who are writing their bachelor thesis at DIT since it is part of the 3rd year\u2019s credit (Bachelor Thesis 3).\n\nParticipation in the seminar is obligatory for students who expect to finish their study in May\/June 2025 and they have not participated in the seminar yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evaluation will be based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goal of the thesis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content and contribution of the thesis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conclusions and recommendations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"text-content-inner\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The registration starts from 11th December 2023 <strong>and closes on 10th January 2024.<\/strong> Each student will participate <strong>The application deadline is January 10, 2024 - places are limited. <\/strong>time per student is 10 minutes (5 mins presentation + 5 mins for Q&amp;A).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Further information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The committee will evaluate thesis presentations by their merit including the following criteria:\n\u2022\tGoal of the thesis (must be in line with the assignment in the UIS)\n\u2022\tMethods (must be in line with the assignment in the UIS)\n\u2022\tContent and contribution of the thesis \n\u2022\tConclusions and recommendations \n\u2022\tPresentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact your thesis supervisor for details, or email the seminar organizer: Ing. The seminar is intended for all students who are completing the BP at KIT - the date of completion of studies (SZZ) is May\/June 2024 and who have not already completed participation in the seminar. The venue of the seminar will be in the PEF meeting hall \u2013 E155. BP seminars are held as morning (9:00 \u2013 12:00) or afternoon (1:00 \u2013 4:00 p.m.) events.
