The Department of Information Technology had two representatives at the Left of Boom VIII international conference, which took place on June 15-18, 2022 in San Diego, California.

The conference was held on the grounds of the Strategic Operations special training center under the auspices of the Intelligence Research Institute (IRI).

Ing. Miloš Ulman, PhD. gave a presentation of the results of the cooperation between IRI and the Faculty of Business Economics at CZU in Prague and presented the newly opened study program Global Information Security Management. Ing. Tereza Čížková presented the results of her one-month internship at IRI and also informed the audience about her research in the field of digitization of public administration.
