On April 25-28, 2023, the PEF Department of Information Technologies organized an international meeting of partners and professional training of selected experts in the field of ICT use in agriculture within the framework of the Sagre (Erasmus+) program - Tools for digital and
sustainable agriculture – Smart AGri Expert.

One day was dedicated to the project meeting of partners. The following days were devoted to the program of experts, which was attended by 20. Most of them came from Turkey and Macedonia. Foreign experts completed a packed three-day program on the university grounds.

Very interesting were the educational lectures by experts from CZU in Prague on selected current topics in the field of ICT, such as precision agriculture, IoT or satellite imaging.

An equally attractive part of the program was the excursion to Libosad, which is built on the grounds of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, and the newly opened Food Pavilion, where the excursion included product tasting.
