First-year students of the Bachelor's degree program in Economics and Management (EaM) and Business and Administration (PaA) choose one elective course for the summer semester of the 2025\/2026 academic year from October 27 to November 2, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

KIT offers an optional subject in the summer semester Internet technologies<\/em><\/strong>, which loosely follows on from the subject Information and Communication Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By completing the course, you will gain knowledge, experience and skills in the field of Internet technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • how to choose the right technologies for e-commerce,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • how to properly use graphics options,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • what are the principles of using multimedia,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • how to correctly navigate the flood of data and information on the Internet - that is, how to use search engines very well for obtaining the necessary documents, for writing case studies, for preparing a bachelor's thesis, for making decisions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • you will also find out what are the possibilities of using information systems in the web environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Of course, this will give you a good foundation for other optional subjects in higher years - for Web design, E-commerce (subjects that students regularly choose) and for mandatory Information Systems.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
